Mindfulness Courses

Through my extensive experience in psychotherapy and meditation, I believe passionately in the transformative effects of mindfulness. I teach two mindfulness-based courses from a dedicated, welcoming space in Dublin 6.

These courses are designed to develop your capacity to manage stress, anxiety, depression and life's challenges through mindfulness and meditation. Ultimately you will be show how to access your own innate strength and resources so that you can gain greater control over your life.

Each course is similar in nature, with one core difference:

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is designed for anyone looking to develop mindfulness skills to better cope with stress and life's challenges.

​

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is designed for those who have experienced or are experiencing depression.

Mindfulness In Schools

I am a fully qualified trainer of the .b Mindfulness in Schools Programme. It is aimed at 11 - 18 year olds and teaches mindfulness as a life skill to these young students.

 

Its aim is to help the students to bring a calmness into their lives. It enables them to fulfil their potential, improve their concentration and cope with the everyday stresses of exams, relationship issues and the challenges of adolescent life.

Psychotherapy & Supervision

As an experienced Psychotherapist, I treat people who are looking to address emotional issues, relationship problems and other challenges in their lives that are making them feel stuck or out of control.

I also offer Supervision to other mental health professionals.
