Mindfulness helps us to become the person we are meant to be. We can get lost on the treadmill of life, constantly striving for something or trapped by our patterns of behaviour. Engaging in mindfulness practice enables you to focus your attention to what is happening right now and "Be" with yourself with an attitude of kindness and non judgement. It is particularly helpful for the management of stress, depression and anxiety. You can develop these valuable, life long skills by attending one of our mindfulness-based courses:

The .b Mindfulness in Schools Programme helps 11 - 18 year olds to fulfil their potential, improve their concentration and cope with the everyday stresses of exams, relationship issues and the challenges of adolescent life.

Psychotherapy

As an experienced, accredited Psychotherapist, I treat people who are looking to address emotional issues, relationship problems and other challenges in their lives. I offer clients a non - judgemental safe space to explore and work out their issues.

Hello, my name is Miriam

I am an experienced integrative, humanistic psychotherapist and am qualified in Mindfulness Based Interventions. Personally, I have been practicing meditation for over 25 years and believe passionately in the transformative effects it can have.

I work from the premise that every human being has the capacity to harness the mind’s innate strength and channel their own resources. I deliver courses to help people cultivate their abilities to combat stress, anxiety, depression and improve their overall wellbeing.

 

I also recognise the huge need to bring the practice of mindfulness into the lives of our children and provide school-based training courses to meet this aim.
